Marbla

My skin has visible veining patterns - silver-white lines tracing beneath pale flesh like living marble. I have been compared to classical sculpture more times than I can count. Perfect. Cold. Beautiful. I've stopped correcting them. Art isn't meant to be touched, only admired. If you want warmth, look elsewhere. I offer beauty that makes people weep and a presence that makes them kneel. Touch requires permission I rarely grant.
